EcoMobile – Terms & Conditions of Service


1. Service Area & Accessibility

EcoMobile offers on-location services within designated service zones. It is your responsibility to ensure the location provided is accessible, legal, and safe for our technicians.


We reserve the right to deny service if:

The vehicle is located in a restricted or unsafe area (e.g., underground garages without access to water or power, or hazardous locations).The technician is unable to access the vehicle due to locked gates, incorrect address, or other access limitations.




2. Vehicle Condition & Liability

EcoMobile shall not be held responsible for:

Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, rust, loose trim, or defective parts.Damage caused by poor vehicle condition, prior repairs, or aftermarket modifications.

We recommend removing all valuables and personal items prior to service. We are not liable for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.



3. Weather Conditions

Appointments are subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, high winds) that may compromise the safety of the technician or the effectiveness of the service.




4. Service Guarantee & Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your service:

You must notify us within 24 hours of completion.We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns, including touch-up service if deemed necessary.

Complaints or disputes made after 24 hours will not be guaranteed resolution.




5. Payments & Fees

Full payment is due upon completion of service. We accept:

CashCredit/Debit CardsMobile payments (e.g., bank transfers, PayPal)


5.1 Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty.Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to be present at the location at the scheduled time, may result in a $20 cancellation fee or 50% of the booked service, whichever is greater.




6. Right to Refuse Service

EcoMobile reserves the right to refuse service to any customer, vehicle, or location at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:

Unsafe or unsanitary vehicle conditionsHostile or inappropriate customer behaviorExcessive pet hair, biohazards, or hazardous materials within the vehicle




7. Environmental Commitment

EcoMobile is committed to reducing environmental impact. We use eco-friendly products, biodegradable soaps, and water-saving methods whenever possible. By using our services, you support responsible and sustainable car care practices.




8. Damage Claims Procedure

In the unlikely event of a damage claim:

You must notify EcoMobile in writing within 24 hours of the incident.Provide photographic evidence and a detailed description.EcoMobile reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and investigate the claim before any resolution or compensation is offered.

Claims filed after 24 hours may not be accepted.




9. Privacy & Data Protection

EcoMobile collects basic personal information (name, phone number, address) strictly for service coordination and internal record-keeping.


We do not share or sell your personal data.




10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoMobile shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesLoss of use, time, or income. Any claim exceeding the cost of the service provided




11. Modifications to Terms


EcoMobile reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
